Partnership with Asia Pacific Institute of Management (APIM), New Delhi, India

In 2025, the International School of Management (ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½) entered into a strategic partnership with the in New Delhi, India, and the to jointly offer Pathway Bachelor's and Master's programmes.

The partnership aims to promote academic mobility and provide students with a high quality international education in business and management.


Under this collaboration, students begin their studies at APIM in India and complete their final semesters at one of ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½'s campuses in Germany. Upon successful completion of all academic requirements, students are awarded a state-recognised German university degree by ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½.

    All programs are taught in English and comply with ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½â€™s academic and quality standards. This initiative not only broadens students' academic and cultural horizons but also enhances their global employability.

    The International School of Management (ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½) is proud to partner with upGrad to offer a range of international academic pathways for Bachelor’s, Master’s, and MBA students. This collaboration is made possible through upGrad’s cooperation with the and , providing students with a unique bridge to study in Germany.

    Thanks to this partnership, students benefit from a reduced study period at ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ while gaining valuable international experience and access to ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½â€™s high-quality, practice-oriented education.

    Bachelor Programs

    upGrad students can transfer into the second semester of selected ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ Bachelor programs and complete four semesters on campus (ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ semesters 2, 3, 5, and 6).

    The following programs are available:

    Master Programs

    For Master’s students, the first semester takes place online at the upGrad partner university and the upcoming semesters at ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½. This involes ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ semesters 1 and 2 and the period of the master's thesis. allowing for a shortened study duration of only 1.5 years at ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½.

    Almost all ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ Master’s programs are open to upGrad students for the regular fall intake:

    MBA Program Full-time

    Students enrolled in the full-time MBA can have their second trimester recognized, reducing their on-campus study time. Program entry is possible either in June or September.

    • MBA in General Management full-time in Munich and Berlin
    • MBA with a specialization in Digital Marketing in Berlin - with a dedicated winter semester intake
    • MBA with a specialization in Business Intelligence & Data Science in Munich - with a dedicated winter semester intake.

    Through this multi-institutional cooperation, ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ and upGrad – via IMT Ghaziabad and Golden Gate University – provide students with flexible, globally connected academic pathways that combine the best of online learning and international campus life.


    Business Preparation Programm (BPP) with Wit-Rising Education and Technology (China)

    The Business Preparation Program (BPP) is offered in partnership with the agency Wit-Rising Education & Technology Co., Ltd. at our campuses in Dortmund, Frankfurt , Munich, Cologne, Hamburg and Berlin and it prepares bachelor graduates without business background in order to qualify them for the master’s study courses at ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½.

    The admission requirements are

    • a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and
    • the admission interview, if necessary.

    After the successful completion of the BPP program and meeting the requirements of the admission to the Master’s Programs (including the simplified admission procedure for the master’s study courses), students can continue their studies in one of the full-time master’s study courses at ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½:

    Partnership with Keystone Global Careers andÌýWheel of Innovations (India)

    The International School of Management (ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½) is pleased to welcome students from Keystone Global Careers Educational Initiatives Ltd. and Wheel of Innovations, India, as part of an ongoing academic cooperation. This partnership enables the joint delivery of Pathway Master’s Programs, giving students the opportunity to begin their graduate studies in India and complete their degree in Germany.

    Within this framework, students complete the first two semesters of their Master's program in India, before continuing with the 3rd and 4th semester at ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ Germany, including the Master’s thesis. All programs follow the official ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ curriculum, ensuring consistent academic standards and full recognition of coursework completed abroad.

    The cooperation currently includes the following ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ degree programs:

    All programs are taught in English, and degrees are awarded by ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ as state-accredited Master's degrees in accordance with German higher education regulations. The curriculum, academic content, and examination standards are defined by ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½ and implemented in cooperation with Keystone Global Careers Educational Initiatives Ltd.

    Students interested in these programs should apply directly through the agency in India, which is responsible for student selection and the application process during the Indian study phase.

    Partnership with APTECH / AGLSM SDN BHD (Malaysia)

    The articulation agreement with AGLSM SDN BHD (Aptech Malaysia), part of the APTECH education network, allows students from selected APTECH programs to advance directly to ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½'s B.Sc. of Information Systems.

    is a global career education company with a strong presence in Asia, Africa and the Middle East.

    Through this collaboration (in cooperation with Wheel of Innovations WOI), students who have successfully completed the Advanced Diploma in Software Engineering (ADSE) or the Advanced Certificate in Software Engineering (ACSE) at APTECH centers can transfer directly into the final year (year 3) of ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½â€™s B.Sc. in Information Systems program at the Dortmund campus, subject to meeting academic requirements and credit recognition.

    This progression pathway allows students to:

    • Transfer credits, including internship recognition
    • Complete their bachelor's degree at a state-recognized, internationally AACSB-accredited German University of Applied Sciences
    • Benefit from academic and administrative support before and during their studies in Germany
    • Access ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½â€™s digital infrastructure, on-campus resources, and career center guidance.

    Participating program
